Student Council
About
The Student Council is composed of representatives from across the University, who are elected to sit on Faculty Councils and in the Senate. They deal with problems affecting the student body and campus, foster cultural and social life on campus through hosting numerous events, notably camping trips for incoming freshmen and exchange students, to help them get accustomed to life at the University. To foster ties with the local community, it organises charity events, educational and job fairs, and events with students from other universities.
